It isn't even close to summer yet and I'm already hating this heat! here I am just showered to attempt to cool down and resting without clothes. Damn it! time to put clothes back on as here come the rest of the family...
I admit it... when the family leave and I have the opportunity, I'm naked. If I weren't so damned shy, I'd probably join a nudist colony. :) I don't like being away from my family all the time but for financial reasons, we keep the house at 80 or above just to try and make the utility bill manageable. In the winter time we freeze and when it gets hot, we suffer. Apparently I am the only one who complains.
Anyone with a guest house I can live naked in for the next 4 or 5 months of hot weather? :D
I have a garage that gets chilly *wink*

ReplyDeleteI really haven't looked into any improvements as the funds to add them to our home are just not there. We have a town home that was built back in 1974. The windows need replacing as they were the cheapest things they could buy in the day. Even if we infested in putting fresh insulation in the attic, it would help. This poor old home is just not efficient in any way. I've replaced all the appliances that I can to help but it hasn't helped much. I'm ready for a new home but that will have to wait for a while. So until then, we just manage.

ReplyDeleteI'll trade ya houses....at lest for a few months. It's foggy and damp here until about September..hahaha I'm still wearing sweat shirts just to keep warm!
ReplyDeleteNow that doesn't sound like fun. :) I really don't mind the cold months. Yes there are times when I've had enough but for the most part, you can layer and bundle up. In the heat, you can't always take off more clothes. :)
