Well.. Lil man goes for his new belt this morning in Martial Arts. I hope he does well. He started his Croup cough last night. I have listened to him the last three days and sort of saw or heard it coming. Well it finally arrived. I don't think it's bad enough to keep him out. It sounds terrible but it's one of those things that has to pass.
After Martial Arts, we have a birthday party to bring him too. If I'm lucky, I might even get a chance to ride today. I don't know where I'd ride but since the wife is cranky it's time to vacate the premises. :)
Sorry so short. Time for a shower then leave. Have a great weekend all!
Oh man...sorry to hear about "little man" having the cough. I hope he does well with his belt thing. We don't have any in martial arts, so I know nothing about how that goes.
ReplyDeleteIf only it were that easy for me to leave when the wife (me) gets cranky *giggle*
Well I got stuck, with her all day long!!! I'm just getting home. There goes my idea of escaping. :)
ReplyDeleteLil Man broke his board on the first attempt. He was SO excited and proud! Then it was a birthday party that seemed to never end and then waiting at the bike shop for the wife's bike to get fixed. How DARE they leave me alone in a motorcycle shop with a valid drivers license!!!!!
Have you tried Vicks vapour rub on his chest at night? It helped my kids immensely if only to help them and us sleep better. And congrats on his belt, he has determination for sure and glad to see his commitment paying off for him!
ReplyDeleteEven though most birthday parties are only about two hours long, I swear they stick an extra 12 in there somewhere!!! I'm kinda glad those days are over...sleepovers however are almost a weekly event now. It's a good thing they are with their dad!
It's been snowing and raining off and on all weekend...so yard work was postponed for me..but I am going to visit my Little Princess today!!!
We had rain for a good portion of today. Yes we also use the Vicks on his chest. We put it on him tonight as a matter of fact.
ReplyDeleteToday, we were all lazy. We didn't even get out of our PJ's. Too bad 5:00am comes so early. Good night. ((Hugs))
